Born in England and following a corporate career that took me to Australia, Canada, and finally the United States, I applied my skills to running my own business and now as a wife and mother to running my own kitchen! 

 

I have an ingrained sense of organization and time management, a lifelong love of food, and a passion for healthy living. In creating Up To The Plate, I hope to share my experience and enthusiasm for food and encourage and inspire others to “step up” and gain control of what they and their family eat every day.

 

My goal is simple, to reduce the stress of mealtimes, bring the joy back to cooking, and relish the unrivaled benefits of eating healthy, home-cooked food every day.
